Many companies balk at sky-high investments, especially when printing presses are on the menu. But when it comes to software... well, you know the story.
And yet. People can do what they can in a day. A newer press may print faster or more cheaply, but that employee still takes just as long to enter the order, check the files, and so on. What if you could take work off their hands, so they have more time for customer contact or the annoying chores? What if they did not have to perform the same tedious actions 15 times a day?
Exactly — that makes a big difference. Many of our customers have already experienced this by integrating Enfocus Switch into their daily processes. Switch is that employee who spends all day doing the things no one feels like doing.
Normally, investments for average workflows started between €10,000 and €15,000. That is no longer necessary.
New subscription model for Switch
You rent the software for 3 months, six months or a year. We deliberately chose not to offer one- or two-month terms — that is too much financial hassle — but per quarter works fine. Calculated back, you no longer need such a high investment and can start seeing a return fairly quickly.
Example calculation
Most companies start with the following modules:

That comes to an effective €337.50 per month / €1,012.50 per quarter.
If you add PitStop Server, the investment previously came to €12,600 for the first year; now it is just €472.50 per month. The break-even point then lies somewhere between 3 and 4 years.
